Do I need to be based in Montreal?

All of our roles follow a hybrid work model based in our Montreal studio. Specific expectations may vary by position, but we do expect you to be able to commute to the office in Montreal in order to be present for key team moments.

Yes! Through our Next Gen initiative, we offer internships and early-career opportunities. They are posted and recruited for along with our permanent offers.

They may  also move your application to another role that better suits your profile or keep your profile in our various Talent Pools and inform you of such.

Timelines vary depending on the role, but we strive to keep candidates informed throughout the process. PLease keep in mind that we receive a large number of applications and strive to review every one individually.

Language requirements vary depending on the role and are indicated in the job descriptions. We are a bilingual and diverse studio that also offers French classes to our employees who want to perfect their French as we are located in the province of Quebec.

Absolutely. We encourage candidates to apply again as their experience grows or when new opportunities align with their skills. Many successful hires joined Ludia after applying more than once. If you are provided feedback after your interviews, we do expect that you take this under advisement before applying again.

Every application is seen and evaluated by a human. Hiring decisions are always made by people. At Ludia AI is used as a tool to help us leverage administrative tasks such as research, brainstorming, note taking and organizational tasks that do not touch any of the assessment or decision making that we pride ourselves on.
